Entry Requirements
•Candidates must have any Level 3 certification in any relevant field recognized by the International Education and Micro-credential Exchange (IEMX); or
•Candidates have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the Learning & Development industry.
•Candidates without an academic qualification must be at least 21 years old to enroll.
Blended Mode
•The program includes a total of 95 hours divided into 71 credit hours of Classes, 12 credit hours of Final Project Workshop, and 12 credit hours of Viva Examination.
APL Mode
•The program includes a total of 71 credit hours where 12 hours are waived. The candidate still needs to gain 49 credit hours of classes, 12 credit hours of Final Project Workshop, and 12 credit hours of Viva Examination.

Candidates must have 10 years of relevant work or business experience in the learning and development industry.
